the secret affiliate networks dont want you to know! by Michael Brown
If your not keeping up with the latest ntechniques and methods, cookie stuffing is the act of "faking" a click through on one of your affiliate links. For this walk-through, I'm going to use amazon. I already have an affiliate page setup-and a traffic source.I already have page's with decent traffic, but if you dont thats your main priority here.First off, head to amazon.com(Or any other affiliate program of your choice) and Copy/Paste your affiliate Url. Click "generate text link" or "banners" and browse through the code until you find a url that looks something like "http://www.amazon.com/dfsdfsdf/fsdfsdfsdfdsf"
My next step, is Load my ftp program. If you dont already have one, a awesome sharware ftp client is called Filezilla. Head over to www.cnet.com and run a search for it.
The next thing to do is, upload any kind of picture you like to your server/hosting accounts root directory. (Root means the FIRST section, the one you boot into as soon as connecting) Try to make it an easy to remember name though, something like pic.jpg.
